~HOW TO CUSTOM ORDER MEGA-MOROCAN SITE~

MEGA-MOROCCAN: CUSTOM DYE SPECIAL ORDERS FOR THE GODDESS WHO KNOWS WHAT SHE WANTS

SunHeart carries Moroccan Cotton in-stock, but it's impossible to have all items in every color. So if its not in stock, estimated waiting time could be as soon as one week or as long as 16 weeks. Each Moroccan Cotton Susti piece is hand-woven and dyed and has numerous colors - solids, crystal dye and prints - so the dye lots are staggered over approx. 12-16 weeks. Anything not in stock at the time of purchase is considered to be "custom special order". If order has numerous items of different colors, these will come in one at a time, we will do our best to combine shipping on more than one item. But items ship as they come in, and an order may require invoicing for extra ship fee & insurance.

  1. Purchasing from In-stock items:After viewing our menu pages, choose style you wish to look at, click photo. This opens up the full style sheet with descriptions, measurements and size link on every page for ease of shopping. Choose from the drop-down menu for in-stock colors or custom order from our color list of solid & tie-dye or "crystal dye" colors. You can place in-stock & special custom orders in same basket. Continue shopping and when done "view basket."
  2. Custom order from our Weekly list of colors: Every week,we list the Colors getting ready for Vat on the front page of Mega Moroccan Custom site. That means they may go that day or within a few weeks. We have no control over the timing of dye process, but these colors will go first from all color choices.
  3. Custom Orders only 25% NR Deposit: We charge only a 25% deposit as a down payment to custom special order the colors & styles of your choosing. Please note: this is a non-refundable down-payment for this custom service.
  4. The Process: we recieve orders from all over the world, but in order for a color to dye, we have to have enough "weight" of clothing to send to dye house. So some colors are "ready" meaning there is enough weight to send to vat, and the other colors we hold back until we have enough orders or "weight" for dying. When the garments are dyed, they come back for fine finishing, and are separated into orders and shipped. SunHeart receives our weekly shipment we go over styles and separate into orders and process the shipping. Once your custom order is received, we place the order immediately. If the garment is in-stock it will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Typically it goes in to the custom dye orders and will be shipped within 6 weeks -16 weeks.
  5. Invoice for balance due & shipping: When your items are ready to ship, you will receive an invoice from SunHeart Clothing for remaining balance due.

No one offers hand-woven garments dyed to your specifications, this is couture service, and is well worth the wait.

* Please note - there are No Returns for Custom Special Orders on Dairi Fashions Custom Order.So please take the time to know your measurements & compare with listing. If your on the outside edge of size, please order the plus size that is available or choose another style that fits comfortably.

Care Instruction: Moroccan cotton will last 25-40 years or more if taken care of properly. A steamer will keep Morocan cotton in excellent like-new condition, otherwise we recommend dry-cleaning.

How do I create an account?

  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status " link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
