Important!Special ordering custom dye garments, allows our customers to dye a few pieces at a time, is a courtesy from our supplier. Dairi supports Sunheart allowing us to offer the entire style collection, so you can design your entire wardrobe in colors of your choice!
This requires understanding the custom dye process, and having patience for this old world tradition of hand-dyeing garments. Special ordering custom dye is a commitment to quality, craftsmanship and exquisite clothing and your order is a final sale & non-refundable.
Questions often asked...
How long does it take?
Turnaround can take as little as 6-8 weeks (black or white are quicker dyes if styles are in-stock) to 16 weeks, sometimes more up to 24 weeks.
Can SunHeart rush an order?
Sunheart has no control over the dye schedule and we have streamlined our color chart to make sure of shipment as quickly as possible. The more garments you order in the same color, the quicker shipment, as there has to be enough weight to go to dye house for vat.
