It is an open layering tunic or jacket with armholes at elbow. Now look at images of each color so you can see how to wear it. Our model shows using the arm holes and wearing it as a poncho. 

Wear this all summer as a boho coverup. Each piece is individual but colorways are the same-piece will not look exactly like photo.
