There comes a morning where you just reach your limit. You pull three different shirts off the hanger, try them on, and pull them right back off because none of them feel right. A real reset starts when you decide to stop keeping things out of guilt or habit, and start honoring how you actually want to feel when you get dressed.

Welcome to the Sunheart Art Gallery!!

I'm opening a new little corner of Sunheart today original artwork made by me. These pieces are full of colour, characters, mermaids, mystery, and a bit of magic. I've been an artist for most of my life, and it feels wonderful to bring this part of my creative world into Sunheart and let the art live alongside the clothing. Seeing the pieces in real rooms has been pure fun. This green mermaid over the bathtub - honestly, I'm ready to move in.

I hope you find a piece that catches your eye, makes you smile, or keeps calling you back for another look. Come wander through the gallery and see who speaks to you. I'm so happy to finally share them with you.

Not only is she a cultural icon, she was a queen on the chessboard of the world, and we've lost her.

I was born in the late 50's and this was the wave I grew up on. A wise person told me once that the world can be viewed spiritually as as a chess board, some are born to be pawns vital to the game of life, and others are born to be rooks, queens and kings. These people hold a certain "spiritual" power for good or ill in the world. Recently we have lost three that come to mind, Robert Redford, Dolly Parton and Gloria Steinem - like all good stories they come in threes. Hopefully they can continue their care for the world from the Other Side.

Dolly Parton was a one-of-a-kind archetypal big bosomed blonde.

Dolly shared why... "She had bright red lipstick, peroxide-blonde hair, high heels, and tight clothes. I thought she was the most gorgeous thing I had ever seen. I asked my mama, 'Who is that?' And Mama said, 'Oh, honey, she's just trash.' And I thought to myself, Well, that's what I'm gonna be when I grow up."

When I was a kid my mom had a friend come to the house one night when her husband died suddenly. Her name was Clo Duquette- she owned a bar - she was peroxide blonde, wore tight leopard print just off the shoulder sweater and what we now call leggings. I remember thinking she looked just like my Barbie doll and that also went deep. How clothes can affect how we look but and feel, she was the most exotic woman I had ever seen in my 10 year old self. Dolly was one of the Queens on the chessboard of Life, a smart savvy woman with a heart of gold. The world will miss her.

I focused on thoughtful design details to ensure you feel as good as you look. This top features a graceful scoop neck and long sleeves with a drop shoulder, which I added to give you plenty of comfortable room through the upper arm. The front is beautifully pieced together, and I included a single button pocket for a touch of functional charm. Thank you for supporting my vision!
Model is 5'9" and size 4X+.
