Sale items, discounted items, clearance, and free ship sales are final sale—they are yours to keep forever.
How Exchanges Work To qualify for an exchange, you must email us within three days of receiving your order with details of what you would like to exchange. We will review and approve or deny your request. Once approved, you pay for return shipping and send the item back to us.
The item must arrive brand new, unworn, no stains, perfume, or scents (yes, we have to say this).
A. When we receive your item, we inspect it. If it is in perfect resellable condition, we approve your exchange.
B. To receive your chosen exchange item, you must pay for the return ship fee. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the ship fee. Once we receive payment, we ship your new item within two weeks.
Timeline
Allow two to three weeks from the time we receive your return to process and ship your exchange.
