As a small shop, we had to come up with a positive solution to an on-going issue. So we followed a business model that is creative & works!
We want to support a friendly return policy so we switched to return for exchange only, which encourages our customers to send back unworn items in perfect condition in a timely manner, so they can be re-sold easily, and the customer can purchase what they want for exchange.
Returns for Exchange - How it Works
Step1
Send us an email request for a Return Authorization Number within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Send unworn item back within 7 days of receipt, and send us tracking number via email kweststudios[at]gmail.com , Merchandise worn and/or kept longer return exchange is null and void.
Step2
Purchase to full amount of original invoice from in-stock Merchandise. We Ship out the exchange item/s.
Step3
When return item is received, reviewed & processed you will receive a refund on return item/s less standard 15% restock fee .
What Can Be Returned for Exchange & What Can't?

Full Price Retail Items can be Returned for Exchange.

Discounted On Sale Items are Not Eligible for Exchange. Custom Dye; no return or exchange. Due to limited quantities and deep discounts on Clearance these items are considered non-returnable. If you receive a Clearance item that is damaged, we will do everything in our power to replace it, however, due to limited quantities, this may not always be possible.

Belts, Jewelry, Scarves, Bags, Blankets & Sale Items are Final Sales & do Not qualify for return or Exchange.

When we offer a free-ship special this means; free ship, free insurance & free handling. Free Ship are final sales, no returns, exchanges or refunds.
How to Make Buying Clothing Online Easier
STEP 1
YOU ARE A GODDESS IN THE ROUND!
KNOW YOUR MEASUREMENTS WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE.
CHECK SIZE CHART FOR PERFECT FIT
When you know your bust, waist & hip measurement and compare with listing you will avoid disappointment when trying on the garments! Put bust, waist & hip measurements on a POST IT! note and stick on the front of your computer. Work with us if you have questions about fit, we have been dressing women for 45+ years.
STEP 2
NO OILS, CHEMICAL PERFUME, SMOKE & NO WEAR
When trying on clothing please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the garment. Do Not Wear the Garment. Our clothing does not smell, they are pristine when we ship out. If we receive back items that smell, we cannot accept a return for exchange and the item/s will be shipped back at customer's expense and return-exchange process is null and void.
STEP 3
Every thing else is handled via email. Contact Sunheart within 3 days of receipt of goods at
kweststudios[at]gmail.com to request a RA# number and discuss what's up. An unauthorized Return will be refused & shipped back at customer's expense and return-exchange is void. SunHeart Clothing is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Exchanged items are final sales, no exceptions.
