Many of you know me as the boho goddess garment gal...That’s still me. But I’m also an artist, Dream teacher and life coach since the 90's. I’ve started recording weekly YouTube vlogs where I talk about the deeper side of our lives — dreams, intuition, ancestors, creativity, and personal power as we get older.

Before I ever dreamed up Sunheart, I spent years studying how art, dreams, and spirit weave together. I completed a two-year Dream Studies program with the wonderful Fariba Bogzarin — artist, scientist, and co-founder of the Lucid Art Foundation — who trained with lucid-dreaming pioneer Stephen LaBerge at Stanford. During that time, we also worked with author and Buddhist teacher Alan Wallace (the Dalai Lama’s former interpreter), whose Shamatha Project helped spark the modern mindfulness movement — think Calm App and beyond.
Those years taught me that creativity and consciousness aren’t separate. They’re the same light, showing up in different ways — one through art, one through awareness.
That’s what I bring into my new YouTube series, where I share stories, teachings, and real-life experiences at the crossroads of dreaming, intuition, and sacred art.
